Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window for a Full Refund

  • Clients can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.

  • Cancellations must be made by calling us at 706-850-5555

  • We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations.

  • For late cancellations, we cannot offer a refund. However, as a courtesy, we may allow you to reschedule your appointment for another time, subject to availability. This is at the discretion of Platinum Bliss Massage and may not always be possible.

No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (no-show), we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling option. This policy helps us manage our therapists' time and availability for other clients.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle these cases on an individual basis, with the possibility of waiving the late cancellation fee or offering a refund or reschedule option at our discretion.
